Schools Out - Cold Brew

Summer and Cold Brew just go together so perfectly.  Whether you're a teacher or a student, everybody loves this time of year.  Toss the books aside, unwind and cool down while still getting your caffeine and flavor fix.  This single origin coffee is from the Quetzaltenango department of south-western Guatemala.  Handpicked and sun dried, this coffee is roasted once to a lighter degree and then separately slightly darker. Blending them post roasting gives you a strong, flavorful cup with chocolate and syrup notes.
